Art Business Center, Inc. guarantees to provide high end products and personalized
quality care to every one of our customers. We carefully inspect every single piece of product before we ship it out to ensure
our customers the safest transportation of our products. If you have any issue with of our merchandise due to shipping we
will be happy to make an exchange for the product. We have a new policy regarding this type of issue, but have refined it
in order to make it seamless and to better serve our customers. If the need for an exchange or return occurs, please notify
the office the day you receive the product with the nature of the problem and your account information. We ask that
you either take a digital picture of the product and send it too the company email address or call the office and make other
arrangements if a camera is not available to you, so that we may asses the product and issue any credit and replacement pieces.
In all instances JK Art Business Center, Inc. reserves the right
to reclaim all damaged product in attempt to make repairs and reclaim our costs of materials lost. If this instance arises
we ask that you ship back to us that same day but no later than within 5 days of receiving the product. When
returning damaged product we ask that you always return it via ground shipping only. Please include all
pieces that were damaged as well as an invoice or receipt for the return shipping costs. This policy is in place to ensure
that product is readily available to make any exchanges for you and to expedite the time in which we have to make a claim
with our shipping company. Replacement pieces are always issued upon receipt of the damaged product and additional items
will be issued or substituted in replacement for any shipping costs that occurred to you.
Contact information including email address,
telephone numbers, addresses, etc. are used solely for the purpose of completing orders. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing addresses are used solely to bill the customer for their order. If you
